5 Days Home Try-On

Home Try-On Procedure:

1. Pick the eyeglasses that you like to try at home (Maximum 3 pieces)
2. Key in Code 【HOMETRY】 at checkout page. Total price will be reduced to 30% for deposit.
3. Pay the deposit for the chosen eyeglasses.
4. Our customer service will confirm the all the details, kindly make sure the contact number is correct.
5. The chosen frames (without prescription lenses) will be posted to you after the confirmation.
6. You may try on the eyewear frame(s) at home for 5 days.
7. Once the 5 days are up, please send all the frames back to us (fill in the form in the package which is either Refund or Purchase).
8. Our customer service will confirm the Purchase, and any balance of purchase amount need to be paid before the eyeglasses are proceed.
9. Any Refund will also be made after we confirmed the receive of the eyewear frames.
10. We will post a complete set of eyeglasses to you once ready.

Deposit amount: 30% of the Total amount of eyeglasses selected.

Home Try-On Refund: Full refund (our postage fee + total deposit paid) will be made if no purchase is made.

Home Try-on Period: Maximum 5 days. Deposit will be deducted 10% for every 1 day late of return. Day(s) for late return does not include Courier Delivery period.
