Shipment and Return

Shipments

Packages are generally dispatched within 3-7 working days after receipt of payment. It usually takes 2 working days for orders that are shipped via Pos Laju for orders within local Malaysia. (*In the case of shortage of product, delivery might take up to 3 weeks).

For international order, it could take 2 to 4 weeks for orders shipped to anywhere around the world via registered parcel from Pos Malaysia. If you prefer delivery by other courier services with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are free of charge, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

We assure that packages are amply sized, your items are well-protected and will be despatched as soon as stocks and packaging are ready.

 

Returns

If you received order that is defective, kindly contact us for further assistance. In situations that may require the order to be returned in order for us to carry out further assistance, return costs are to be responsible from the customer. Please take note that EXCHANGES/RETURN & REFUND are inspected upon receipt/invoice and will only be made once customer has sent back the item(s) in good condition.

Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and must have all originals tags attached and in original packaging. Items with fragrances, snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you.

Do not intentionally tear the glasses or try create your own defects for whatever reason as we are able to inspect the defect and distinguish it from manufacturing defect. We will strictly ask for full refund for the glasses and exchange of item is not allowed. Future purchase will not be entertained too. Thank you for being considerate.

For all confirmed purchases, we apologize in advance that we will not be able to provide any exchange or refund under any other circumstance including the following conditions:

  • Size does not fit
  • Change of mind
  • Damage of item due to own negligence
  • Incomplete / incorrect addresses given by Customer.
  • After 7 days of receiving the products.
  • Please take note that the REFUND process may take up to 5 WORKING days. Strictly NO cash refund.

We will reimburse normal postage for defected / wrong item(s) sent to customer.
